FAB (Fit After Birth) - the stories so far....

Welcome to the round-up of our first series of FAB Mum stories.

I hope you've enjoyed reading about 5 different mums, with 5 different experiences of childbirth, and all actively embracing motherhood in their own way.

Marijanne - mum to Isabella, 10 months old. She is gorgeous and fashionable. She got back in fantastic shape with Ready Steady Mums. She turns heads, she's a really yummy mummy!






Caroline - mum to Bennett, 8 months old. She is a Scout Leader and outdoor enthusiast. Exercise helped her love and enjoy her body again after Bennett was born preterm.

Amy - mum to Sophia, 11 months old. She is a physiotherapist and used to be a figure ice skater - so she knows all about core strength. Being active helped her recover from a long labour and feel calmer and more confident as a mum. 




Sam - mum to Isla, 10 months.  She loves running. She had a good experience of childbirth and was keen to get training right away. She opted for Ready Steady Mums to make her personal programme quite challenging. By training sensibly and hard, she got herself back running road-races again.

Cathy - mum to Jess, 11 months. She focussed on rebuilding her core after a C-section birth. She loved the social side of exercising outdoors. After completing her Ready Steady Mums programme Cathy is back playing sport, and she and Jess are happy and healthy.
